This June, at the EIHA Conference in Cologne, the awards were given to the Hemp Products of the Year 2019. The three winners were chosen by the expert audience from 6 nominees.
The Winners were:
1st place: Trifilon AB (SE) – Trifilon BioLite Trolley Case made of PP Hemp Fibre
2nd place: BAFA Neu GmbH (DE): Absolute HempProtein
3rd place: Hemptouch d.o.o. (SI): Hemptouch Balancing Face Cream
The ‘Hemp Product of the Year’ award is conceived as to not only highlight excellent products and companies but also to show just how many innovative applications the hemp plant has. As we are already getting familiar with hemp-derived dietary supplements or cosmetics, now is the time for hemp foods, building materials and durable plastics to take the stage.
We believe hemp is a human right and aim to move the conversation forward about hemp.
